New Beacon Group - Executives of China's Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises Study Tour in the United States



  From September 28th to October 6th, 2016, Mr. Tan Xiaoguang, vice president of New Beacon Group, and other executive representatives participated in the visit and exchange of nearly 50 Chinese real estate brand enterprise executives organized by the China Index Research Institute to the West Coast of the United States.

  This time, the China Index Research Institute and the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, jointly developed a real estate investment course, integrating research fields and excellent teachers in the industry, understanding the US real estate market, and combining cases to deeply interpret the real estate market and the real estate market of industrial parks. The US real estate investment and financing strategy, the delegations collided with the lecturers, expanded their international horizons, and had an exchange dinner with professors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

  Mr. Tan and his delegation also inspected the Pacific Star project in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, to learn about the high-end residential market in Los Angeles and the United States; they visited Apple's headquarters, learned about HomeKi, an American smart home application platform, discussed the development trend of functional home furnishing in China and the United States, and experienced American real estate. The characteristics of the diversified development of the industry help the development of China's real estate; the 8-day study in Berkeley and the inspection and exchange on the West Coast helped the participants to deepen their understanding of the international economic situation and the development trend of the real estate market, and further improved the level of strategic management.
